Why the Adjustment?
As you may be aware, inflation and increased overhead costs have impacted many businesses across the country. To maintain our standards and ensure that we continue providing the best possible workspace experience, we are making a modest $5.00 increase to office rental rates for each 55-minute session, effective April 1, 2025.
New Pricing Structure
Starting April 1, 2025, the updated rental rate will reflect this adjustment, ensuring we can:
